I see myself as a challenger brand. Coming from a small market I knew I had to do things differently: championing subversive ideas and embracing bravery was my modus operandi. Later on, I gained global experience but I stubbornly held onto the developing market attitude.

I believe great creative cultures unleash boundless energy, and that is liberating creativity and ideas. This belief guided every chapter of my career, whether driving Mastercard’s creative transformation, shaping a vibrant creative community across Europe, or building an agency from scratch into one of the region’s most respected.
